  1. The Hamburg courts has with judgement of 12. May 1998 decided (file reference Z 312 O 85/98 "Haftung für Links") that the webmaster has also to be responsibile for the contents of the linked Web Sites.
     The court said that this responsibility can only be excluded, if the webmaster expressly dissociates from these contents. This judgement was confirmed by many other courts like the European Court of Justice.
